If a breakdown requires an on-site visit all relevant details and information is passed directly to the engineer attending to ensure that whether your fault is on a single PC or a major network outage, they will be well equipped to deal with the problem.
On the rare occasion where an item of equipment cannot be repaired quickly on-site, we will try to provide a loan replacement for the duration of the repair subject to availability.
